Bradbury’s Multi-Year Partnership with IGC Pharma
2023–2024 · Strategic Investment · Life Sciences

In July 2023, four investment funds managed by Bradbury Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited, alongside three unrelated investors, provided IGC Pharma, Inc. (NYSE American: IGC) with approximately US$3 million through a private placement of unregistered common stock at US$0.30 per share, supporting the advancement of IGC-AD1, the company’s investigational drug candidate for agitation in dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease.
That same month, Bradbury collateralized cash assets to help IGC Pharma secure a US$12 million revolving line of credit from the Hong Kong branch of O-Bank Co., Ltd., extending its support beyond direct equity investment. Bradbury Group CEO Keith Loo See Yuen said, “We wholeheartedly endorse IGC’s relentless pursuit of developing groundbreaking therapies for Alzheimer’s disease.”
In March 2024, Bradbury returned with a second US$3 million investment, via a Share Purchase Agreement priced at US$0.34 per share, further funding IGC Pharma’s Phase 2 clinical trial for IGC-AD1, which targets agitation in dementia caused by Alzheimer’s disease.
Together, these transactions reflect Bradbury’s sustained, multi-year commitment to IGC Pharma’s Alzheimer’s research programme, spanning direct equity investment, credit support, and follow-on capital across 2023 and 2024.
